Ingredients:
1 1/2 c frozen raspberries
1/3-1/2 c Vanilla Soymilk
7-10 packets Non-nutritive Sweetener (like Splenda)
Blender or Food Processor
Spatula
Cooking Instructions:
1. Blend soymilk and sweetener. Can add a couple ice cubes for a more frozen product.
2. Add rasberries, and blend on high, scraping often.
3. Serve immediately, or place in freezer for about 15 min to harden to a sorbet consistency.
Additional Comments:
Soymilk was used since cow's milk foams more.

Add more soymilk or water for a smoothie.
