Ingredients:
Pork tenderloin, trimmed, 3-4.5 lb
5-8 Garlic cloves*
1-3 Tbs Rosemary*
Salt, Pepper*
Garlic Press
Roasting pan with Rack
Meat thermometer

*Amount determined by loin size and personal preference
Cooking Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325F, 160C.
2. Rub salt into pork loin.
3. Press garlic over loin.
4. Sprinkle posemary and pepper over loin.
5. Insert meat thermometer into center of tenderloin.
6. Bake until temperature is 160F, 71C, about 15 min per lb.
7. Remove from oven and let sit 15 min before slicing.
Serving Suggestions:
Cranberry relish, fresh green beans, wild rice
